“JosuSojo” Sojo has reached a verbal agreement with
FALKE ESPORTS to become the team’s Head Coach
for the remainder of the 2026
VALORANT Challengers Spain season. Active as a coach since 2023, JosuSojo has built almost entirely within the domestic ecosystem: first as an analyst for Melilla Titans at the end of 2023, then as an assistant coach at Team Galaga in early 2024, before a brief stint as an analyst with Barça eSports. He subsequently held two head coach roles at Suzaku Esports and then Oxygen Gaming, between late 2024 and mid-2025.
Since June 2025, he has served as Ramboot Club’s head coach, overseeing a run that included several solid results, notably a second-place finish in
Stage 3. He then decided to move to China, where he led as a coach Octagonal Disposition Gaming, which is on the rise, but where he will be eliminated in the lower round 1.
That trajectory has made him one of the more readily identifiable coaching profiles in Spain, consistently active and already accustomed to the demands of the domestic scene. His arrival at FALKE seems, therefore, to represent a natural continuation: remaining in the same competitive environment, but with a new project to structure.
FALKE have competed in Challengers Spain since 2024, progressing through consecutive splits and group stages without leaving the circuit. In 2025, the Spanish organization contested the full season, maintaining a steady presence in the regular season and recording several notable wins against teams such as KPI Gaming, NOVO Esports, and Barça eSports.
FALKE have nonetheless established themselves as a recurring name within the Spanish championship. This recruitment appears to address a clear need: to install a stable coaching staff capable of helping Falke convert its consistent league presence into more sustained results on the Spanish scene in 2026.
